Yes. We only sell brand-new, factory-sealed fragrances sourced from authorized and reputable distributors. We do not deal in grey-market decants or refills.
Do you ship across Canada?
Absolutely. We deliver Canada-wide. Orders over CA$169 ship free; otherwise a CA$12.99 flat rate applies. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (9 AM – 6 PM, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
What is your return policy?
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the order date. Opened or defective items are not eligible for return. Exchanges are available for unopened items; customers cover shipping both ways. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Do you ship internationally?
